Yes! Subgenre Studio candles are 100% vegan and cruelty free, made with coconut-soy wax.

We prioritize shipping candles in environmentally friendly packaging with cardboard boxes and paper or biodegradable packing material. 

Candles are not shipped on weekends to minimize potential weather/temperature damages. During hotter months, packages are shipped with ice packs and insulated wrapping free of charge to prevent temperature damage.

Please leave a note in your order or reach out to support@subgenre.studio if you are worried about the weather conditions in your area.

Partially used candles may not be returned or refunded. Unused candles can be returned for a refund or store credit within 30 days of delivery, excluding return shipping.

Products damaged during shipment may be replaced or refunded if photographic proof of damage is submitted within 7 days of delivery.
